Hennie Kotze Back Workout Program:

- Warm up: 3 Sets wide grip pull downs.
- 3 working sets wide grip pull downs 8-10reps
- 2 working sets of Narrow grip pull downs 8-10 reps
- 3 working sets of low pull row 8-10reps
- 2 working sets bent over row 8-10 reps
- 2 working sets Hammer row 12-14 reps.

You can always get a little more into shape, be a little faster and a little stronger. However in some cases you can be in much better shape, a lot faster and a few grades stronger. In most cases the negative factor that often seems to act as the inhibitor for individuals to follow through on any exercise routine is mere motivation. People in general want to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel, they want to know that there is an end in sight. That is why the 12 week body transformation challenge is absolutely perfect. Not only is there a time limit to the challenge, there is also the possibility of wining a 5 day cruise on a luxury liner and more prizes to the value of R50 000. The hidden bonus of course is that at the end of the 12 week transformation challenge you won’t be able to stop, you wont give up feeling that good for anything in the world.

The 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge is open to anyone and everyone, you don’t have to be a trained athlete or have any training background for that matter. The expert trainers of the 12 weeks challenge will guide and assist you in all aspects of the challenge, including your training regime of course and incorporating a healthy eating plan. You lifestyle will be altered and improved to guarantee a successful outcome.

There are two options in regard to the 12 week challenge:

• 12 group sessions for R1800 or
• 24 group sessions for R2400

Training Schedule

Throughout my bodybuilding career I would say a big challenge for me was to prove that conditioning rules and not size.

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
